OVERVIEW: 

In this course, the material aimed to meet three main objectives:

  1. Understand key drivers, competitive pressures and disruptive forces affecting the industry. 

  2. Gain understanding of select business concepts and how they relate to the PRAD industry. 

  3. Become familiar and comfortable with business tools and techniques that can be used to analyze any industry or client organization

In addition to extensive class discussions and in-class verbal and written activities, below you will find three different tools we focused on throughout the course to build a greater understanding of and familiarity with the business-side of our business.
